Pumps Not Running Properly
Several software settings determine the spas pump confirguration. If suddenly pump buttons have either disappeared on your SmartTOUCH or now engage different pumps on your SV or SV Mini touchpad, check the TYPE vaule is set to match the controller model.
DIP Switched located on the brain PCB also determine pump configuration. These will be set to suit your spa model during production. However, when retrofitting or replacing equipment refer to DIP switches explained
If all settings and DIP switches have been set correctly, liaise with a spa technicina to determine if the pump is faulty.
