SV Series Heater Replacement Guide
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK – Ensure mains power is turned OFF at both the isolator switch and circuit breaker / RCD.
Repairs must be carried out by a qualified technician.


2. Unscrew heater power cables from the terminal block and unplug the heater loom lead.



4. Tilt heater tube backwards as you remove assembly from spa the controller (be careful of heater sensor wires as tube removed).

5. Heater tube must be tilted to prevent thermal cut out wires getting caught on casing.

6. Squeeze the clip on sensor PCB cable connector to seperate from its fly lead.

7. Now that all heater & sensor cables are disconnected, you’ll be able to remove the heater assembly away from the spa controller.

8. Feed both the heater power cables and heater triac lead of the new replacement heater back through the bottom of the controller casing.

9. Then reconnect the new sensor cable into the fly lead clip.

10. Roll the heater assembly back into the controller casing. Be sure to tilt heater backwards when installing to avoid catching thermal cut out wires on controller casing.

11. Reconnect heater power cables to the heater terminal block & plug the heater loom lead into its socket.

12. Refit both the main terminal and heater cover. Then put all screws back in place.
