SV Series (v2) Blower Triac Replacement Guide
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK – Ensure mains power is turned OFF at both the isolator switch and circuit breaker / RCD.
Repairs must be carried out by a qualified technician.

2. Disconnect blower triac fly lead and unscrew the nut holding the triac chip to the back casing. Be careful not to drop the nut down inside the controller. There is a philips head screw on the back of the case which can help remove the nut.

3. Then reconnect the new triac in the reverse order. Ensure the insulation tape remains in place. Do not bend the wires where they join onto the chip or overtighten the nut as it may damage the triac chip.
