SV Series (v2) Power PCB Replacement Guide
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK – Ensure mains power is turned OFF at both the isolator switch and circuit breaker / RCD.
Repairs must be carried out by a qualified technician.


3. Disconnect Blower Triac fly lead.

4. Disconnect earth wire from PCB terminal.

5. Unplug heater loom cable & unscrew wires from heater terminal block.

6. Unscrew the 10 outer screws holding the back plate on, circled red. Do not remove the 2 screws circled in yellow.

7. Use small flat bladed screwdriver to gently prise the back plate open.

8. Remove the 14 screws circled in red. Do not remove the 1 screw circled in yellow.

9. After pulling the PCB away from the SV controller casing, unplug both the ribbon cable and transformer lead.

10. After completely removing the old PCB. Remove the blue waterproofing rubber grommets that surround each AMP socket. Then place each of them onto the AMP sockets of the new replacement PCB.

11. Install the new PCB in place, remembering to plug both the ribbon cable and transformer lead back in.

12. Reinstall the 14 screws holding the PCB to the controller casing.

13. Reinstall the 10 outer screws holding the back plate.

14. Finally, reconnect the heater wires to the terminal block, heater loom plug, blower triac fly lead & earth wire.
