Placing your spa in Demo Mode
Demo mode is primarily used for dry spas on showroom floors. Whilst in Demo mode you’ll be able to adjust all settings and turn lights on. As the the spa is presumed empty, no pumps will engage and the heater will remain off. The touchpad will also
continue to scroll “Demo Mode” periodically.
Engaging Demo Mode on an SV & SV Mini Series touchpad
1. Power on the spa without any water in the heater tube. (It is good practice to disconnect the circ pump from the controller to reduce any unnecessary wear on the mechanical seal during the priming cycle while there is no water in the pump)

Engaging Demo Mode on an SV SmartTouch touchpad
1. Power on the spa without any water in the heater tube. (It is good practice to disconnect the circ pump from the controller to reduce any unnecessary wear on the mechanical seal during the priming cycle while there is no water in the pump)
2. ER3 Priming Error should be displayed on the screen after 2 unsuccessful attempts of priming the spa. *****If ER-3 does not come up and the water temperature is displayed, please turn the spa off immediately to prevent any damage to the heater. Bleed the heater tube to ensure there is no water in the heater tube and try again. If the controller fails to go into error please call our office.*****
3. Once the error is displayed on the screen, a faint grey rectangle (refer to pic below) will be visible on the bottom left corner of the display. Press and hold this for 5 seconds.
4. Then press the re-prime button once.
5. The screen will change and return to the error screen. Press and hold the light grey rectangle for 5 seconds again
6. Then press the re-prime button once again. At this point the spa will enter Demo Mode.

Important Notes
The Timeout function is disabled during demo mode, this is so the spa lights can be turned on and left on overnight as a window display. Demo mode will automatically be cleared once mains power is reset to the spa.
